Prices quoted and charged for any items supplied by Diskovery Associates Limited (the Company) do not include installation, training, maintenance or delivery unless agreed in writing by the company.

Any warranty offered by the manufacturer becomes invalid if in the opinion of Diskovery Associates Limited, or the manufacturer, the goods supplied have been misused or mistreated.

 

 

In the event of goods needing repair, Diskovery Associates Limited cannot guarantee to loan machines or other goods during the period of the repair. we strongly advise that an 'On-Site Maintenance Contract' is set-up for the goods purchased to cover this eventuality . Please ask for details about this cover as soon as is possible after purchase.

 

 

Diskovery Associates Limited will not be held liable for the loss or damage of any data suffered as a result of goods purchased or services supplied. back-ups of all data is the customer from the purchase date.

 

 

Diskovery Associates Limited cannot be held responsible for any goods supplied that are not suitable for the intended task.

 

 

Goods specifically ordered cannot be cancelled without reimbursement to Diskovery Associates Limited of any costs and expenses incurred.
